Shipping Policy


- Dresslinefashion is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time.

- For each product we have mentioned time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors.

- It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate. In some cases if customer has selected products from different shipping day’s category, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per higher shipping days of their selected products.

- If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same no compensation will be given.

- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. As due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery payment methods.

- We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 48 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

- We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

- We deliver to all and any postal address around the India. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

- Some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

- Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time. In those cases only we may offer to give you Credit Note for unfulfilled part of the order.


- Dresslinefashion insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Dresslinefashion  and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


- Shipping cost is not included in all item's price. There is a nominal fee of Rs 100 per item of order for shipments in India, which you have to pay. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use Professional and Speed Post services to deliver in India. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

- If you want to reshipment of orders you have first transfer shipping charge of your order in our account for size change & colour change process.


- All domestic orders are shipped by Delivery Company between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sunday in with 6 day work culture in India. It takes maximum of 7 days for national shipping.

- Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/ Colleges/ Schools/ Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Dresslinefashion will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Dresslinefashion attempt re-shipment of the same order. 

- Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be barred by customer. For further attempts by courier companies for delivery cost will also be barred by customer as rescheduling charges.


- Dresslinefashion is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Dresslinefashion will not responsible for lost and stolen packages after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from customer, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability


- As soon as the product is dispatched, we will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, when the product is handed over to the Courier.


- Once an order is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.

- To cancel an order you need to intimate it in 12 hrs of an order registered.

- We will add refund/ credit in your account within 48 hrs after receiving cancellation request.


- Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 12 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to sales@Dresslinefashionfashion.com and the needful will be done.


- Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Dresslinefashion. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

- All products are firstly polythene packed & taped with Dresslinefashion tag. Then delivered to the courier service person.


- For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
