Return & Refund Policy

Thanks For shopping at Dresslinefashionfashin.com. At Dresslinefashion we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying your favourite Salwar Kameez & Tunics. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when that is possible and you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control. We have listed everything below about our Return, Exchange & Cancellation policy. So that in case you decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face any problem


1) Our Return Policy:

- You can not return product but exchange your purchase product within 15 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition, tags, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

- For Exchange confirmation kindly mail in 24 hour after receiving delivery with product details (order number & reason for exchange), snaps (for size issues its needed some images along with measure tape on it) and our Executive will contact you shortly.  After 48 hours, it will not be accepted. 

- We are not providing Re-pick-up facility on your area. You have exchange a product by your courier. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

- To be eligible for a echange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. 


2) Exchange policy:

- Only size exchanges are allowed. 

- If you want exchange a product you have returned a product by your courier. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable as we are not providing Re-pick-up facility.

- Reshipment shipping charges you have transfer in our account first after that reshipment will be done.


3) Our easy Cancellation Policy:

- To cancel an order you need to email us on sales@Dresslinefashionfashion.com  it in 12 hrs of order placed.

- Your product will be cash back and a confirmation of same will send to you via Email.

- You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped.

- Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept partial order cancellation requests.


4) Terms and Condition for Return, Exchange & Cancellation:

- If error from our side like defected or different product received, in that type of cases we are providing refund also as per customers convenience.

- If we found in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, washed, used or altered from customer side then, we will not provide any exchange service against that product.

- While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colons, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered.

- Customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care, this cannot be avoided altogether. Many times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual Beads, Stones and Sequences come off. 

- Changes in size & colour after placing an order mail us on sales@Dresslinefashionfashion.com within 6 hours.

- If the products are not liked by the customer than a customer can only exchange the products back within 15 days of goods received by customer and for the same need to mail on sales@Dresslinefashionfashion.com within 24 hours

- Payments refunds are applicable only in case of delivery of incorrect design, size other than ordered. 

- Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the request only if request is validate. 

- OnlyExchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect design), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered)

- For both cancelled orders & retuned products ( due to incorrect design, wrong size), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account ( Online banking, Credit card, Debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

- In case of exchange due to reasons other than those mentioned above, Size replacement will be initiated after deducting order processing charges.
